Maintenance & Care: Before first use, start with seasoning method, allow the earthen pot to soak overnight in the sink in water. Recommended a gentle deep clean and dry it well and clean with a dry cloth. Sudden rise or fall of the temperature make lead to its cracking. Do not place a hot clay pot on a cold or cool surface, as it will crack. Always cook on low medium flames, never heat an empty pot nor pour cold water to a hot pot, a sudden temperature extremes can cause clay pots to crack. It is better to use wooden spoons or spatulas for cooking in clay pots. The products are fragile and should be handled with care.
